April has come and our clocks have sprung forward to daylight savings time. We can now enjoy longer hours under the sun! The 2014 new members’ registration has come to an end on March 31st; we welcome all the new members to the Wingtat family! Wingtat values your opinions and we hope that you would take some time to complete our Wingtat 25th Anniversary online survey to provide us with feedback on our products and services. Our exclusive Akakuro-buta meat has officially returned to the Vancouver markets for everyone to enjoy. Below, we will discuss the differences of Akakuro-buta premium pork vs. regular pork. Lastly, in this issue, Wingtat Kitchen will showcase several dishes using Wingtat's free-run chicken!

This year marks Wingtat's 25th Anniversary.
